
Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Some orders may take longer due to sudden changes in inventory and availability, holidays and other factors. If you need an item by a certain date, please call us prior to ordering to confirm. Orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses. If an item is out of stock for any reason, a representative will email you with an order status. Worxs is not responsible for emails that get stuck in spam boxes or do not reach the recipient. Shipping limited to the Continental U.S. (48 states). Fed Ex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. We make every effort to maintain accurate, up to date pricing on our website, but their may some instances of sudden significant pricing changes from our vendors whereas we will have to adjust the price of an item. If this happens you will be notified prior to shipment and given the option to cancel your purchase. We reserve the right to revise or adjust shipping charges on any order placed due to inaccuracies. If this happens you will be notified prior to shipment.

Large and oversized items that require palleting or special packaging are usually shipped in 3-7 business days via Fed Ex Freight. Freight shipments will be shipped to the closest terminal for you to pickup unless specified as a commercial address with a loading dock or fork lift. You are responsible for unloading.

Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt of shipment. No returns accepted without prior authorization. For return authorization click here to Contact Us. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and re-sellable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error on our part. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost, otherwise return shipping and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items during shipment
Inspect shipment upon receipt. If Items appear damaged or lost from shipment. Please notify carrier, take pictures and Contact Us.

Do not refuse a shipment under any circumstances. No refunds will be given for refused shipments and Customer will be charged freight to and from location.

If your shipment has any missing or damaged parts, Contact Us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will have the replacement items shipped, at our cost, to you as quick as possible.
Refunds
Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your return shipment and we evaluate the condition of the items returned and we will credit back the original account that was utilized for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges, including any orders with free shipping, will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please Contact Us the same day as the order was placed. If item/s have already shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
